A welcoming digital hub for Drumbo and Carryduff, Saintfield and Carrickmannon parish communities.
The opportunity
Carryduff & Saintfield Pastoral Area serves the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Carryduff, Mary Mother of the Church in Saintfield and St Joseph’s Church in Carrickmannon.
The website has to serve regular parishioners, families arranging sacraments, people new to the area and those joining worship remotely. Mass times, bulletins, events, contact details and live streams all need to remain current and easy to reach.
The opportunity was to organise substantial parish information into a welcoming, accessible digital hub that staff could manage day to day.
Strategy
Bring the pastoral area together while keeping church locations, directions and relevant information clear.
Give Mass times, bulletins, live streams, events and donations prominent routes from the homepage.
Structure sacrament information and contacts so families can understand requirements and take the next step.
See the work
A welcoming and accessible platform makes worship, parish information, webcams and community updates easier to reach across the pastoral area.
A guided view through the connected parish experience, including community routes, worship information, news and live services.
The outcome
The finished website combines shared pastoral-area information with clear routes to individual churches, live worship and practical support.
A structured WordPress system allows parish teams to maintain bulletins, events, news and important guidance, while visitors can reach frequently requested information without navigating a complex institutional structure.
Clear access to Mass times and bulletins
Integrated live-stream and donation routes
Structured content across three communities
Manageable platform for regular parish updates
