The Leadership Academy supports people working and volunteering across Irish charities, community organisations and social enterprises. Its platform brings together learning resources, programmes, events, a leadership directory and self-assessment tools.
The central challenge was not simply presenting content. It was helping leaders at different stages understand where to begin and find material relevant to their role, experience and immediate needs.
The website therefore needed a clear information architecture, flexible content types and a visual language capable of making a substantial resource feel approachable.
